1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Markaz mobile application or visiting any of our associated websites, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Xynvita AI ("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not access or use the Markaz platform.

2. User Eligibility & Accounts

• Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration.
• Minor Students: Minor students may only access accounts established with institutional authorization from their registered Madarsa or verified consent from a parent/guardian.

3. Educational & Madarsa Responsibilities

Madarsas, Islamic schools, and administrators utilizing Markaz for institutional management agree that they maintain lawful authority to input, manage, and process educational records for their enrolled students and faculty.

All original software code, UI designs, brand marks, logos, and custom educational modules are the proprietary intellectual property of Xynvita AI. Sacred Islamic texts remain in the public domain for non-exclusive educational benefit.

6. Disclaimers & Prayer Times Accuracy

While we employ precise astronomical algorithms for prayer times and Qibla bearings, users are advised to confirm with their local masjid whenever necessary.

7. Account Deletion & Termination

You may terminate your account at any time either inside the Markaz app or through our dedicated portal at /delete-account.
