Permanent Action Notice

Submitting this request will initiate permanent deletion of your login credentials, profile pictures, personal submissions, and notification tokens from active Markaz databases.

Instant In-App Deletion

If you still have the Markaz mobile app installed on your Android phone, you can instantly delete your account:

  1. 1Open the Markaz app and sign in.
  2. 2Tap on your Profile / Settings icon in the navigation bar.
  3. 3Select Account Security → Delete Account.
  4. 4Enter your password or SMS OTP to confirm instant wipeout.

What data is deleted?

Permanently Deleted:Login credentials (passwords), personal profile photo, phone/email contact, FCM notification tokens, and personal student notes.
Institutional Records Note:If enrolled in a registered Madarsa, formal academic diplomas already issued and historical financial tuition fee receipts may be retained in anonymized institutional ledgers for legal accounting compliance.
